Wow! I'm so tickled to have THREE translations for the Thai Bible! I was getting so frustrated only having the "TKJV", as nice a translation as it may be, it's not used by most churches. Thanks so much to everyone who got the translations online, and especially to Mr. Costas!

Many thanks again for the good work to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the knowledge of His Word. I find the program very advanced in the graphical interface and sometimes find it difficult to find/do what I want in comparison to e Sword. It also has an exhaustive range of study modules. Overall experience is terrific! May God bless you richly!]

Your Hello Costas,
I really enjoy your program; I have already donated because The Word is well worth all of your efforts.

I just wanted to see this "Questionnaire", just curious ;-)
God bless you, there are not many people that are willing to give free Bible software, books or anything without charging money.

I call these people "Book Peddlers" selling 100’s of books to fill their pockets full of money.
I like your slogan "The Word is Free, you should not have to pay for it."
God gave us the WORD and He already paid for it with the Life of His Son Jesus.

Thank you…

John Gonzales

I'm a long time user of e-Sword and I've also got Word Search on my system but I'm starting to think that The Word has them beat. I started using it last week and I really like the customizability (the ability to "skin" it is a very nice touch!), the modern look of the program, and the wide selection of modules available here and on user sites. I also appreciate the tool for importing modules I have on other programs. It's very easy to use, although it occasionally tells me a program is "locked" when it's not. Finally, NET is my working Bible translation and it's a great blessing to have it on The Word. If I had a wish for improvement it would be for more translations and commentaries, particularly the American Bible Society's CEV and GNB translations, and perhaps Oxford-Cambridge's Revised English Bible.

God therefore, having overlooked the times of ignorance, now enjoins men that they shall all everywhere repent, because he has set a day in which he is going to judge the habitable earth in righteousness by [the] man whom he has appointed, giving the proof [of it] to all [in] having raised him from among [the] dead  (Acts 17:30,31)
