I've recently downloaded the Word program and presently am experimenting with the program's interface. I find your program very easy to understand. However some functions are not as self-evident and needs to be explored further.
Thank you for your efforts in producing an excellent product.

Happy New Year...
O God, the beginning and the end of all things, Who art always the same, and Whose years fail not, we now, at the close of another year, kneel in adoration before Thee, and offer Thee our deepest thanks for the fatherly care with which Thou has watched over us during the past, for the many times Thou hast protected us from evils of soul and body, and for the numberless blessings, both temporal and spiritual, which Thou hast showered upon us. May it please Thee to accept the homage of our grateful hearts which we offer Thee in union with the infinite thanksgiving of Thy divine Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, Who with Thee liveth and reigneth forever and ever. Amen.

I have over the holidays had time to explore The Word in more depth. I have to say, this is one of the most impressive Bible programs i have used. I was a long time e-Sword user and because of the newer updates was looking for another program (e-Sword is a good program no sour grapes) and dreaded making a change. The Word is the program, the learning curve is small, the flexibility and user control is amazing. For higher end language studies I use BibleWorks but I am impressed with what can be done in language studies with The Word, the new morphing search is top notch. If you are looking for a Bible program that will meet your needs look no further The Word will provide you with all you need and then some. Costa is very receptive when advice is needed and very open to suggestions. The forum is simply top notch when help is needed. I am excited about future enhancements that are being made with this great program.

This is one of the two top Bible software programs. Some programs are so 'top heavy' as to be too cumbersome to bother with. Others don't have enough resources, whilst still others have questionable content.
the Word is in the category of excellent.

I used to use Theophilos, but it was too expensive to make your own modules. Then I switched to e-Sword, but they've changed the internal format to make it all incompatible. I love the look of your program and the import tool. Thank you for all your hard work!

Excellent program! Thanks for helping me study deeper into the infinity of Bible truth! My modern language KJV "Meditator's Bible" works very well in your program.

I stumbled across your website from churchsw.org. Before I start saying that Serbian Christians are OR Christians in Serbia are lazy for the fact that there are no Serbian version module for SWord or your software, and hence I can not use it in SL-5500 Zaurus, or my Mandriva Linux or iPAQ; I have been forced to use Croatian version instead.
So my question precedes my frustration above, is there a way, or what is the way to make a good modern Serbian copy of Bible for computers?

I have been using e-Sword for a few years now. I was looking up the original names for God on the net when I stumbled on The Word. So far I'm quite impressed with the flexibility of this program. Thank you for your calling to spread the Good News. I have just one reservation about the program; it does not seem to have any maps?
