I have 2 lines for vertical scrolling in the control panel. And in theWord, it scrolls 3 lines.
I don't know if zooming or large dpi have an effect.

This has happened to me too a few times. I think it happens randomly when I maximize the window. But then I minimize and maximize again, and the window displays properly. I don't think it's a recent issue. Can you upload your config.ini Thanks Next time it happens I'll upload the file. I'm not sure...
