Re: Strong's Concordance is incomplete

I have a KJV in theWord that counts 44 verses that contain H518. Not sure how many occurrences that is offhand as some verses may have more than one occurrence. I believe I got the module from here: http://www.wordmodules.com/the-word-modules/file/648-kjv-tagged-strongs-numbers-updated/ Although hav...

Re: Lost Unlock codes

Here's a link I think should help: https://www.thewordbooks.com/index.php/ ... sk-erased/

Can you log in to your account? If I recall, I think all you need to know is the email address you used when you purchased it. Otherwise I think Jon or Jonathan or someone can help.

Re: Add to custom dictionary not working

It is nice to know that there is this workaround in the meantime.

Re: How to set up theWord on Linux for the best experience

Also a general question have you noticed premium sources that render as random characters throughout the whole book? Not just squares? If so what is the fix? I am on Debian 12 KDE. Can't think of any. I have a few commentaries such as the Believer's Bible Commentary, Constable, and a few NIC books....

Or maybe just state that it's not included. I think it may be the word "intentionally" that gives me a negative connotation somehow.

Re: The Complete Word Study Dictionary: Old & New Testament

The description now says: (Note: “The Complete Word Study Old Testament Concordance” has been intentionally left out of theWord edition of this resource.) It may just be me, but it kind of sounds like you could have included it, but purposely didn't just because you didn't want the users to have it ...

On their website zbestway.com you can not contact them, send an email or request help. There appears to have been NO activity on the site for many years.
Are you saying you've tried their contact form and there's no response or it's not working? http://zbestway.com/contact-us

Re: The more I type in "My Subject Notes" module, the more extra spaces are created

Like Darrel I've also haven't experienced any problem like that with theWord on Linux using Wine. I only use Wine, never tried Lutris, PlayOnLinux, or such, doesn't seem to be needed for my purposes. Though it probably won't help, I have experienced the behavior you are seeing with only one program ...

Re: The Gospels Compared (TGC) @ Mtt 7.7-11 & Lk 11.9-13

I believe the passage in Matthew took place earlier in Jesus' ministry at the Sermon on the Mount, and the passage in Luke is where He repeats the lesson to His disciples at some later time. So it would appear He gave the lesson at least two different times to different people or circumstances. Who ...

Re: M-Strong module + Wine 8.2 = Rebellion of the Fonts (but only in some pages)?

According to the "Add Titles" downloader there is no new version since 1.0 3/3/2015.

I had it redownload and reinstall anyway even though it was showing no new version, and the same version came up, problem persists.

Re: M-Strong module + Wine 8.2 = Rebellion of the Fonts (but only in some pages)?

I can verify this with Wine 6.22 and MX 21 (Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)), so it's not just a newer version of Wine. Along with whatever shortcomings there are in Wine; as other modules, and other topics in that module, don't exhibit that problem, and there's nothing unusual about the fonts used i...

So along with what Jon said, you don't happen to have an older config.ini file from a backup somewhere you can replace with so you don't have to redo all your layouts and stuff?

When I minimize theWord before using the clipboard monitor in another application it doesn't take the focus. I'm using Linux, but if I recall Jon gave a similar answer awhile ago.
