Re: Bible Reading Plan Gone
I use the Bible reading plan on a daily basis. My upgrade was without problem. While I can't explain yours, try this. 1. Open a book window that will include all resources, then in the search window, try putting in your plan name. Example: if I type in "23" in the search window, it found m...

Re: User Module Searching
The short answer is, you search a user module just like you search an official module. However, I suspect your question may mean, "How do I search a non-Bible module?" 1. open a book search window (it is different from a Bible search window) 2. click the gear and take note of the three sec...

Re: Bible View Options Menu
Jonathan, That nice video shows all the options on a "flyover." I want to see them in more of a microscope. Particularly how Strong's, Commentaries & Dictionaries can all work together, and how to set the options up to do so. Perhaps one video each dedicated to smaller bites, with more...

Re: Training Videos, what next?
What separates TW from other free bible software is the magic in the Bible view options. There is so much there. Several videos could be done about what differences all those click boxes make.

Re: What Version Am I Using?
Sorry - I thought I grabbed the italics marker. Oops. Again, the only way I can tell what version I am using is by the startup screen. That's an oversight, right?

What Version Am I Using?
I am using 6.0.0.1527; . Shouldn't I be able to go to the "Help/About" menu item and find what build I am currently using? It may be there. If it is, I can't see it.
Code: Select all
but I only know that because of the opening splash screen

Re: What version of theWord are you using?
I am using version 6 - but only because I just upgraded computers, and accidentally loaded v6. I was going to wait until the official release was actually promoted on the website, and was available to upgrade from within ver5. I can say that the upgrade has been relatively smooth, except for a spaci...

Re: Copy Verse Formatting Problem
One more note, that may be helpful; this problem did not exist in TW5. I think I was using the official build, and not any of the betas that followed.

Re: Copy Verse Formatting Problem
In an editable book view, I typed leftalt-8194 and got a question mark. That's a good metaphor for what is going in my mind as I try to process this problem!
However, again, my thanks for the "cheat" provided.

Re: Copy Verse Formatting Problem
Jon, Thank you . That seems to have corrected the problem. Followup question #1 - how do you insert an "EN SPACE"? I haven't noticed the problem occurring with my other layouts, but you never know when that will occur again. Followup question #2 - is that a glitch in the software that need...

Copy Verse Formatting Problem
Hello, Gentlemen, I'm having a problem with TW6 (win10) remembering my copy verse formatting. Let me show you a picture: versecopymanagement.JPG I keep adding one space after the "%r --" and saving the layout, but TW6 routinely does not remember that space the next time I open the layout. ...

Re: Expand Rgt-Click Menu to Save Layout
Hi, Ken,
Yup, I'm familiar with that keyboard shortcut. I've started using a mouse in order to save a little wear and tear on the keyboard. Thanks for thinking of me - and trust me, I am not a power user.
