Hi

This program can be used to set 'tvi' in theWord commentary files to the end of chapter.
'tvi' is updated when neither 'ci' nor 'fvi' is 0, which means that it is a verse comment.

This can be used to fix modules with tvi set to 99...

Note:
The original file will be updated so take a copy before updating it.
