I just browsed the skin files chineseSimp.lng and english.lng, and found that almost every item of the chinese file is translated into Chinese.

So that the english from the attached picture might come from the software program, not the skin only.

這是因為語言檔版本的問題，目前簡體中文的語言版本為 3.0.5.874-42 (約 2600行)，繁體中文為 4.0.0.1337-124(約3400行)。換句話說簡體版本中少了好幾百條。所以雖然你看 chineseSimp.lng 裡多數都已經翻成中文了，但其實上圖中左邊選單的條目都不在裡面，因此程序會用預設的英文。
