Hyperlink dialog too small

I made some changes to my high resolution screen and managed to increase the size of the Bible View Options dialog, but the Hyperlink dialog is still extremely small, what to do?

Sorry I don't have a high dpi screen to test these things.

It seem that a different method of creation was used between the two dialogs.

I should have done this before, but here is a comparison between the two, they are not this large on the PC.
