Question about the IVP Bible Background Commentary (NT)

 Question about the IVP Bible Background Commentary (NT) Does it not include the Glossary, or do I just not know how to locate it for use?
Several of the notes refer to the Glossary, but they do not seem to "link" to it, and I'm unable to locate it

Re: Question about the IVP Bible Background Commentary (NT) There is an accompanying book with a glossary entry for OT and NT. Looks like one has to find it manually.
The book will have been installed at the same time as the commentary and will have the abbreviation "IVP+"
