theWord will not launch . windows 10 - TW stable and 1491

Since last night, I am having problems launching theWord on my windows 10 machine. I uninstalled and reinstalled today and it launched about 6-7 times. But now it is back to the same problem. While in Task Manager, I can see TW trying to launch. It shows activity for a few seconds than TW drops out of Task Manager.

I assume this is a windows problem on my machine. But has anyone else had this problem and can offer some advice?

Are there any diagnostic files TW generates that could help?

Must have been corruption in my config.ini. I renamed it and let TW create a new one. That seems to launch now.
