The NLT Bible has the first chapter heading (i.e., Matt 4, "The Temptation of Jesus") in bold, but following headers in that chapter (i.e., Matt 4, "The Ministry of Jesus Begins") are not in bold. This happens consistently all through the NLT Bible. Can we fix this?

this is how it is defined in the xml file we were provided, so it is the way the publisher intended.
