What's new:
- fixed minor bug when clicking on greek links in the study view
- added global shortcut key CTRL+ALT+L which will reload the current language file: very useful for translators
- when clicking on a cross-reference in the Bible view and CTRL is pressed, the "next" Bible view is used to display the verse instead of the current
