A new built with the following fixes/additions/changes:

1. Bugs in the english.lng file corrected (thanks Ericson)
2. When re-ordering Bible tabs, the icons where lost (thanks Vagelis)
3. Issue in "Delete cross-references" dialog and top label
4. Fixed bug that caused some e-Sword imported modules to display some Greek/Hebrew characters incorrectly. There is a possibility that this change will affect other functions, mainly display issues. If you see any 'strange' characters, pls report them
5. Fixed minor bug in study view that caused Hebrew chars to not display properly when selected one-by-one
6. When re-installing the beta version over a previously installed beta, the configuration file is not overwritten.

IMPORTANT:
As a result of fix #4, the Scofield commentary was re-created! Please, re-download it or else the first character of books with 2 parts (e.g. 1 Peter, 2 John) will not be visible.
