There's some commentaries that have a page of comments for a chapter and as you step down verse by verse the comments will clear away after you go past their range.
For example, I'm reading 2 Chronicles 1 and the commentary has comments for 1-3, 4-6, 7-12... I can see all of these comments when on verse 1 in the bible view but as I step down to verse 4 the comments for 1-3 will disappear. And when I get to verse 7 the comments for 4-6 disappear. Is there a way to do this in My-verse-notes? I've tried doing ctrl+n to chapter notes but I only see the range I'm on and no comments below show.
I can't attach screenshots...

Re: Scrolling comments in My-verse-notes
Hi Rob, I know what you mean. At this time, there isn't a way to make this feature from within theWord.

Re: Scrolling comments in My-verse-notes
Hi Jon,
I just had a thought. I use the Believers Bible Commentary by Bill MacDonald. My thought is that his commentary does scroll so there must be a way. Yes?
I'd ask Bill but he died I think 8 years ago.

Sorry reply was poorly worded.
Yes we are able to make modules with this feature, but it is done with an external tool and not from within theWord.
Perhaps it will be an added feature one day. I did note it in our JIRA project TW-43. However there is no timeframe on this.
Costas invented the feature and coded the commentary you mentioned.

And that external tool isn't available for us (little people <- humbly said)?
Re: Scrolling comments in My-verse-notes
I just realized that you said it was Costas who invented the feature and coded the BBC. I'm a disabled (quadriplegic) EE with a CS degree. I'd love to have looked over his shoulder when he did that.
Re: Scrolling comments in My-verse-notes
Eureka! I got it to work.
I added a comment to the chapter then in the comments did a ctrl + n to add the range. As I scroll down verse by verse the out of range verses disappear. See screenshot...

I just can't figure out why the lines are under each word.
