Move Bible search options to top?

I would prefer that the "fast," "detailed," and "options" in Bible search could be moved up to the top as marked in this screenshot. It would save a lot of mouse moving on my large monitor. But maybe I just need to learn to use the keyboard shortcuts? Funny that I never even noticed them until just now.
