Downloader issues

I have a problem running the downloader on my Linux system. When I click the downloader link it displays all modules as it should, but the (I assume) currently installed modules have hash marks through the entire line so I cannot read anything about the module. Second (and the most major problem!), when I click the download and install link it downloads all selected modules, then displays an error that the file [C:\users\Temp\5267018.387605022.tw.download] is not a known file type or archive. When I click 'OK' the download box goes away and the selected module(s) are not installed.

Hi Jon,
Not sure if I posted on these two specific issues, but I am pleased they are being addressed. Thanks Jon

Hello Costas,
You may already be aware of this and may still be working on it, but I have the same problem on build 1416 as previous builds under Linux. When I select a module to download, it downloads the module then says the file type is unrecognized. I am running Linux Mint 16.

God's blessings,
Hi Costas,
I downloaded the beta today in 1416. The download function displays with an error message.

Hi Phil,
do me a favor please: try again to download a module with the downloaded. When you see this error, go to the file path that the error says and check if the file it mentions is there. If yes, please right-click on it and tell me the exact size it is.
Let me know the module you tried to download also,
Costas

Phil and Darrel,

Please try beta 1417. Linux Ubuntu is working now for my test environment.

Does it work for you on your operating systems?

Awesome! That installed beautifully, asked me if I wanted to restart TW and the module shows as installed. Now is there any chance of changing how marked modules show? The entire line is X'ed out and I cannot read anything on the line.

But thanks for the change to the downloader!
